Refund Policy

Feeniks fees are for the services provided and are subsequently non-refundable. If a client decides to discontinue use of the services they have agreed Feeniks will provide, the client will not receive a refund. It is a client's responsibility to notify Feeniks immediately and any monies due to be paid at the time of cancellation.

The initial contact interview will incur an upfront payment as outlined in the pricing structure. All other services will be invoiced/billed payment to be completed prior to or at the time of work being commenced such as resumes, application letters, information etc.

Other online services will require payment prior to ensure services and payments are kept up to date for both parties. Training will be invoiced on the date of delivery.
